What “Verified” means

A Verified label means the review was submitted through a signed-in 4less account and passed the site’s review checks. It does not by itself confirm a purchase, independently verify every statement, or mean that 4less endorses the business.

Reviews should describe the reviewer's own experience and be relevant to the business being reviewed. Do not post fake or misleading content, undisclosed incentivized reviews, harassment, discriminatory or unlawful content, or private and personally identifying information.

How we handle reports

If you believe a review violates this policy, use the Report link on that review and explain your concern. Reports are sent to the 4less support team for manual review. A report does not automatically hide or remove a review, and submitting one does not guarantee removal. We may restrict or remove content that violates this policy, our site terms, or applicable law.

We do not remove a review solely because it is negative or because a business disagrees with it. Reviews express the experience and opinions of their authors; publication is not an endorsement by 4less.
