The Fitness Mad Mini Loop Extra Light is ideal if you are looking to start resistance training or are rehabilitating and looking to ease back into working out. Mini loops are a great way to exercise, tone and strengthen the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps. The yellow band features extra light resistance and is made from latex. In recent years, mini loops have become increasingly popularity as they provide an effective way to build in resistance training into your workout. They take up very little space and can easily fit into your gym bag or work bag and are easy to store at home when not in use.  Sold individually. Other strength mini loops are available - please see our other listings.
