The Sealey 50kg Air Operated Grease Pump Kit (Model No. AK453X) is engineered for heavy-duty workshop environments and high-volume lubrication requirements. This larger capacity variant significantly reduces refill frequency, maximising productivity in busy commercial and industrial facilities where continuous operation is essential. Equipped with a high-efficiency 50:1 air motor, this robust system delivers workshop-tested reliability even under demanding conditions. The safety regulator prevents over-pressurisation in the pump unit, safeguarding both equipment and operators during extended use. A precision follower plate prevents pump unit cavitation, maintaining smooth, uninterrupted grease flow regardless of operating duration or intensity. This professional-grade kit includes an SAE100R2AT rated grease hose built to withstand rigorous use, z-swivel for maximum operational flexibility, control valve for accurate grease metering, and a heavy-duty bucket trolley for stable mobility across workshop floors. The 50kg capacity makes this system particularly suited to fleet maintenance facilities, agricultural workshops, and industrial plants with substantial lubrication demands.
