This polished brass variant features an 81mm case size with a 57mm backset, providing the extended reach required for thicker door stiles or installations requiring greater setback from the door edge. The polished brass forend finish delivers a premium, traditional appearance that pairs beautifully with brass or gold-effect door furniture. With a 57mm centre measurement, this larger configuration is ideal for substantial timber doors in both residential and commercial settings. The 57mm backset offers flexibility for doors with deeper rebates or where additional security depth is required. The Union SwitchLatch technology enables tool-free radius latch reversal, saving installation time, whilst the anti-rattle adjustable strike ensures precise alignment. Security features include a chamfered bolt design for enhanced side load performance, anti-pick protection, and hardened steel pins that resist sawing. The 14mm deadbolt provides secure positive deadlocking and can be operated from either side.
