The Draper Aluminium Plasterers Darby is a professional finishing tool designed for achieving smooth, level surfaces on plastered walls and ceilings. Manufactured from lightweight extruded aluminium, this darby provides the rigidity needed for effective levelling whilst remaining comfortable to handle during extended use. Measuring 1200 x 95mm, this darby is ideal for final surface finishing on larger wall areas where a traditional float would be impractical. The dual handle configuration provides excellent control and balance, allowing plasterers to apply even pressure across the full width of the tool for a consistently flat finish. The extruded aluminium construction offers superior durability compared to timber alternatives whilst significantly reducing fatigue during overhead work. This darby is particularly well-suited for commercial plastering contractors and professional tradespeople working on residential projects where a high-quality finish is essential.
