The Makita SK105D is a cordless cross line laser level designed for accurate levelling and alignment work across a wide range of professional trades. Part of Makita's compact 12v Max CXT system, this laser level delivers reliable performance for carpentry, electrical installation, tiling, kitchen fitting, and general construction tasks. With a 25m working range (extending to 80m when paired with a compatible receiver), the SK105D projects both horizontal and vertical laser lines with impressive coverage angles of over 180° horizontally and 160° vertically. The self-levelling mechanism achieves ±0.3mm/m accuracy and levels in under 3 seconds, whilst the blinking LED indicator alerts you immediately if the unit moves out of level during operation. The dual brightness modes allow you to adapt laser visibility to different ambient lighting conditions, and the pendulum lock protects the internal mechanism during transportation. An exceptionally efficient tool, the SK105D runs for approximately 40 hours on a single 4.0Ah CXT battery. The DC jack provides versatility by enabling compatibility with Makita's larger LXT batteries when used with a suitable USB adaptor, making this ideal for contractors already invested in the Makita battery platform. The comprehensive kit includes a magnetic L-adapter for flexible mounting options, a laser target plate for improved visibility at distance, and a protective carry bag. The standard 1/4" tripod thread ensures compatibility with most surveying tripods and mounting accessories.
