The Sealey 100mm 24 Grit Aluminium Oxide Fibre Backed Sanding Disc offers aggressive material removal for the most demanding surface preparation tasks. This coarse 24 grit specification is engineered for heavy-duty applications including rust removal, paint stripping, weld grinding, and rapid stock removal from both wood and metal substrates. The 100mm diameter provides excellent control and precision, making these discs ideal for use with compact portable disc sanders when working on smaller components or in restricted areas. Despite the aggressive cutting action, the aluminium oxide abrasive maintains its sharpness throughout the disc's lifespan, whilst the robust fibre backing withstands the rigours of intensive material removal without tearing or breaking down. Supplied in a convenient pack of 25, these discs are perfect for workshops, fabrication shops, and construction sites where heavy preparation work is routine. The 24 grit is your go-to choice when speed and efficiency matter most.
