The Sealey HVLP-79/P is a complete pressure pot spray system designed for high-volume commercial refinishing applications. This professional-grade kit combines HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) technology with a bulk feed system, delivering consistent, high-quality results across large-scale painting and finishing projects. The 2-litre pressure pot capacity significantly reduces refill frequency during extended spraying sessions, making this system particularly efficient for workshops and commercial refinishing shops handling substantial workloads. The pressure feed design ensures consistent material delivery, whilst the HVLP technology provides superior transfer efficiency and reduced overspray compared to conventional spray systems. Supplied as standard with a 1.7mm set-up, this versatile system accommodates a wide range of coating materials and applications. Additional nozzle configurations are available separately in 1.2mm, 1.4mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, and 2.5mm sizes, allowing operators to optimise spray patterns for different viscosities and finish requirements. Operating at a recommended 43psi with an air consumption of 6-10cfm, the system is compatible with most standard workshop compressors. The complete kit includes the pressure pot, spray gun, and hoses, providing everything required to start work immediately. Individual components are also available separately for maintenance or system expansion.
