The Sealey SA08 is a 150mm palm orbital air disc sander designed for professional finishing and surface preparation work. This compact pneumatic sander delivers a smooth 5mm orbit at speeds up to 10,000rpm, making it ideal for automotive bodywork, woodworking applications, and general metal finishing tasks where a fine, swirl-free finish is required. Built with a polycarbonate outer housing, the SA08 features a soft rubber handgrip that reduces both chill and vibration during extended use. The dual bearings fitted within the eccentric assembly maximise working life and ensure consistent performance under workshop conditions. An integrated exhaust muffler helps reduce noise emission, whilst the unit operates at 90psi with an air consumption of 13cfm through a standard 1/4" BSP inlet. Supplied with a 150mm hook-and-loop backing pad, this lightweight 1kg sander offers quick and easy abrasive disc changes without tools. The palm design provides excellent control for detail work and contoured surfaces, making it particularly suitable for panel beating, cabinet making, and restoration projects where precision matters.
