The Sealey 1000 Piece Serrated Lock Washer Assortment provides a comprehensive selection of metric internal serrated lock washers to DIN 6798J standard. This professional-grade assortment includes four commonly used sizes, making it an essential addition to any workshop or service vehicle. Serrated lock washers feature internal teeth that bite into the mounting surface and fastener, providing enhanced resistance to vibration loosening. This makes them ideal for applications where fasteners are subject to movement or mechanical stress. The DIN 6798J specification ensures consistent quality and dimensional accuracy across all washers in the assortment. Supplied in a convenient partitioned storage box, the assortment keeps different sizes organised and readily accessible during installation work. The size distribution is weighted towards the most frequently used smaller diameters, with 400 x M5 washers for lighter applications, reducing through 300 x M6 and 200 x M8, down to 100 x M10 washers for heavier-duty fastenings. This practical selection suits maintenance engineers, mechanics, and general contractors working across automotive, machinery assembly, and fabrication projects.
