The ITL Insulated Series 7 Universal Shroud is a safety component designed for use with Series 7 cut outs in live line working applications. Manufactured from injection moulded nylon 11, this insulated shroud exceeds the requirements of IEC 60900, the internationally recognised standard for tools used in live electrical work. This shroud meets Category 'C' performance requirements, enabling it to operate reliably in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C. This exceptional temperature tolerance makes it uniquely suited for demanding electrical installations where standard insulated equipment may fail, including outdoor service work in harsh climates and industrial environments with temperature extremes. Built to withstand the rigours of professional electrical work, the ITL insulated shroud is constructed to be virtually indestructible. The product is backed by a lifetime warranty covering both the tool itself and its insulation integrity, providing long-term assurance for electricians and utility contractors working on energised electrical systems.
