The CorePlus Concrete & Asphalt Diamond Blade in 450mm diameter with a 25.4mm bore is the larger-format option in the range, designed for high-capacity saws tackling heavy-duty cutting tasks across abrasive construction materials. The increased diameter delivers greater cutting depth, making it the preferred choice for substantial concrete, asphalt, and masonry work. Built around a precision-hardened 65Mn manganese steel tensioned core, this blade runs true even under sustained pressure. Double laser welding technology protects the segments during demanding cuts, while the maximum concentration of ultra-grade diamond within a state-of-the-art bond formulation ensures outstanding longevity and performance. Features and Benefits: • Large 450mm diameter for greater cutting depth on heavy-duty applications • 65Mn manganese steel tensioned core for stable, true running • Double laser welded segments reduce risk of damage under load • Ultra-grade diamond at maximum concentration within the bond • Metallurgically engineered high-performance bond for extended blade life • Cuts asphalt, asphalt over concrete, breeze blocks, Toplite blocks, concrete pipes, concrete kerbs, green concrete, gritstone, medium sandstone, and mortar • EN 13236 certified and oSa® approved Specifications: Diameter: 450mm Bore: 25.4mm
