The Sealey Safety Lockout Kit in Cabinet (HVCOM14) is a comprehensive lockout tagout solution designed to protect mechanics working on EV and hybrid vehicles. This five-piece kit brings together the essential tools needed for safe isolation of hazardous electrical systems during maintenance and repair. Each item is designed to work as part of a complete lockout tagout (LOTO) procedure, helping to prevent unauthorised access or accidental re-energisation of dangerous equipment. At the heart of the kit is the EV10 Safety Lockout Cabinet, which provides organised, secure storage for all components. Its transparent door allows quick identification of contents at a glance — ideal for busy workshop environments where time and compliance both matter. The included EV16 Safety Lockout Bag (450 x 250mm) offers a portable alternative for on-site use, preventing unauthorised access to machinery while work is in progress. The kit also includes two steel safety lockout padlocks — the EV11 with a standard 6mm shackle and the EV12 with a long shackle for more complex isolation points. The EV13 Insulation Safety Lockout Hasp completes the set, fitting around electrical panels, switches, and panel handles, and accommodating padlock shackles up to Ø6mm.
