The Sealey SAC101 is a portable evaporative air cooler designed to provide effective, low-energy cooling for workshops, warehouses, and busy trade environments up to 60m². Using water evaporation technology rather than refrigerants, this unit delivers a cooling effect of 4–8°C with a maximum airflow of 5,500m³/hr — all from just 180W of power. That makes it a significantly more economical alternative to conventional air conditioning, particularly well-suited for extended use in commercial settings. The 100-litre water tank supports long cooling periods without frequent refilling, while the integrated water gauge gives instant visibility of the tank level. A rear drain port with hose connection option allows for continuous drainage, making it practical for uninterrupted operation during busy working days. Three dial-controlled wind speeds offer straightforward ventilation adjustment, and the two operating modes — Swing and Cool — allow you to oscillate the unit or activate the evaporative cooling function as required. Castor wheels make repositioning between workstations effortless, while the rear cable compartment keeps the power lead safely stowed. Removable dust filters and honeycomb cooling pads on all three sides simplify cleaning and maintenance. With an IP44 rating, the SAC101 is suitable for use in the kind of dusty, demanding environments typical of trade workshops and construction sites.
