This Bosch PRO X571 Flap Disc is supplied as a single 115mm disc in a medium-coarse 60 grit — a versatile choice for fast metal grinding with a cleaner result than coarser grits. The 60g grit strikes a strong balance between stock removal speed and surface quality, making it a popular choice for general metalworking, weld blending, and surface preparation on mild or hardened steel. The 115mm diameter suits compact angle grinders widely used across fabrication and construction environments. With advanced aluminium oxide and zirconia grain fusion, this disc cuts up to 1.5x faster than a Bosch X431 Flap Disc. The X-cloth backing maintains a stable grinding position throughout, reducing fatigue and helping you achieve a consistent finish.
