This Bosch X431 Standard Flap Disc for Metal is supplied as a single disc in 115mm diameter with a 120g (fine) grit, designed for finishing passes where a smooth, high-quality surface is the priority. It is ideal for refining edges, welded seams, and previously ground metal surfaces to achieve a clean, consistent result ready for further treatment or inspection. The semi-friable aluminium oxide grit is wear-resistant and robust even at this finer grade, ensuring a reliable finish throughout the disc's working life. X-cloth backing provides the stability required for controlled grinding, while the fully synthetic resin bond maintains grit integrity under sustained use. Fitting standard locking nut angle grinders via a 22.23mm bore, this disc is the go-to choice for final-stage metalwork finishing.
