This Bosch PRO X-LOCK R574 Fibre Sanding Disc is supplied as a single 115mm disc in a medium-fine 80 grit — ideal for refining surfaces after initial grinding, smoothing out scratches, and preparing metalwork for a quality finish. The 80g grit offers a more controlled cut that's well suited to the intermediate stages of metalworking, where precision matters as much as speed. Self-sharpening zirconia grains continue to deliver reliable material removal even on hardened steel, maintaining performance throughout the disc's extended working life. With a durable vulcanised backing ensuring a stable grinding position, you can work confidently on flat surfaces that flap discs simply cannot address effectively.
