This Bosch EXPERT X-LOCK R444 Fibre Sanding Disc in 36g (coarse grit) offers a strong balance between fast material removal and surface control, making it well suited to grinding down welds, shaping metal edges, and removing heavier surface imperfections. The 36g grit sits just above the coarsest option in the range, providing aggressive cutting action while leaving a slightly more refined surface than a 24g disc. Its aluminium oxide grain is specifically formulated for metal applications, ensuring consistent performance throughout the disc's life. A stable vulcanised fibre backing supports a reliable grinding process, and fully synthetic resin bonding delivers high work stability under load. The X-LOCK system makes disc swaps fast and tool-free — simply click onto an X-LOCK grinder or clamp onto a standard rubber backing pad for nut and thread machines. Sold as a pack of 1.
