The Trend CRAFTPRO Bearing Guided Combination Raised Bevel Router Cutter is a profile scriber set designed for producing classic cabinet panelled doors and drawer fronts on a router table. This combination-type cutter is reassembled on the arbor to switch between cutting the profile and the scribe, allowing both parts of the joint to be completed with a single tool. The raised bevel design delivers the traditional panel door aesthetic favoured by cabinet makers and skilled joiners. Suitable for router table use only, this cutter requires a medium or heavy duty router when used with the 1/4 inch shank. For certain routers, the base aperture may need to be enlarged to accommodate the cutter. A workholding device should be used when cutting the scribe on rail ends, and cutting edges must be staggered relative to one another. Features and Benefits: • Combination type design — reassemble the arbor to switch between profile and scribe cuts • Cuts both parts of the joint with a single tool, reducing tooling costs • Bearing guided for accurate, consistent results against the workpiece • 10° raised bevel angle delivers a classic cabinet door profile • 41mm diameter with 17mm cut length, suited to standard cabinet door rail and stile stock Specifications: Shank Diameter: 1/4 inch Diameter: 41mm Cut Length: 17mm Overall Length: 81mm Bearing Diameter: 22mm Angle: 10°
