The DeWalt Extreme Diamond Mortar Raking Disc is a specialist cutting disc designed for the fast, efficient removal of mortar and masonry during raking and wall chasing applications. Its twin wheel construction is what sets this disc apart, enabling rapid material removal that helps tradespeople work more efficiently on brick and block work. Whether you're repointing, re-rendering, or preparing walls for new work, the twin wheel design makes light work of stubborn mortar joints. The diamond segments are laser welded directly to the disc body, providing a robust bond suited to the demands of tougher applications on site. This construction method enhances durability and reduces the risk of segment loss during heavy use, making it a reliable choice for contractors working to tight schedules. With a 125mm diameter and a 22.2mm bore size, this disc is compatible with standard 125mm angle grinders commonly used across the trade.
