The Draper Fencing Hammer with Fibreglass Handle is a 5.4kg post driving tool designed for installing timber fencing posts. Built with a cast iron head and a polypropylene-coated fibreglass shaft, this fencing hammer delivers the weight and impact needed for effective post installation whilst minimising user fatigue through advanced handle construction. The fibreglass shaft offers excellent shock absorption, reducing the jarring impact transmitted to the user's hands and arms during repetitive striking. A shock-absorbing rubber grip provides additional comfort and control, making this hammer suitable for extended fencing projects. The 130mm head width provides a substantial striking surface for secure contact with fence posts. This fencing hammer is ideal for contractors and groundworkers installing timber fence posts, as well as DIY enthusiasts tackling garden fencing projects. It should be noted that this tool is designed specifically for wooden posts and must not be used to hammer in metal posts.
