This Makita 6mm x 533mm Abrasive Sanding Belt in 60 grit offers a step up from coarse stock removal, bridging the gap between aggressive shaping and surface preparation. At 60g, it's well suited to smoothing down rough surfaces after initial passes, making it a practical choice for tradespeople working on timber joinery or metalwork that needs tidying before finer finishing. The 6mm narrow profile is engineered for access in tight spots — door edges, window frames, and automotive trim work are all well within its capabilities. Cloth backing provides the flexibility and resilience needed for continuous professional use, while the aluminium oxide grit delivers consistent cutting performance across both wood and metal substrates. Pack of 5 belts included, ensuring you're well supplied for the job in hand.
