The Milwaukee M12 PL 12v Cordless Plumbing Locator is a professional detection and tracing tool designed for plumbers, drainage specialists and utility contractors needing to locate sondes and trace energised lines with precision. Powered by Milwaukee's M12 battery platform, this locator is the first of its kind to run on a 12V rechargeable system, eliminating the ongoing cost and inconvenience of disposable alkaline batteries. It delivers up to 13 hours of runtime on a single M12 2.0Ah battery, making it well suited to full-day site use. Two omni-directional antennas work together to minimise ghost signals and provide reliable, accurate readings when tracing underground services and pipe runs. Active guiding indicators simplify the locating process, with an arrow icon directing users towards sondes and a compass-style display following the path of energised lines. The large 4.3-inch colour LCD screen ensures clear visibility across varying site conditions, while backlit controls allow comfortable use in low-light environments. IP65-rated construction and a sealed battery compartment provide robust protection against dust, dirt and water ingress. Integrated ONE-KEY functionality adds cloud-based tool tracking, inventory management and remote locking, helping contractors protect and manage their equipment on site.
