This 100mm diameter sanding disc features a 36 grit rating, making it the coarser option for aggressive material removal and heavy-duty surface preparation. The 36 grit specification is ideal when you need to tackle tougher tasks such as removing thick paint layers, heavy rust, or grinding down substantial weld seams quickly and efficiently. The aluminium and zirconia oxide abrasive blend on fibre paper backing delivers exceptional durability and cutting performance, particularly suited to industrial and professional applications. The coarser grit pattern removes material rapidly whilst the fibre backing resists tearing under demanding conditions, ensuring consistent performance throughout the disc's lifespan. Supplied in a convenient pack of 25 discs, this variant provides excellent value for workshops and tradespeople who regularly undertake heavy surface preparation work on both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
