This 25mm x 50m emery roll with coarse 40 grit rating is the economical choice for workshops requiring substantial material removal capabilities over extended periods. The 40g grade excels at aggressive tasks such as rust removal, paint stripping, heavy corrosion treatment and smoothing significant surface imperfections on metalwork. The compact 25mm width makes it particularly suitable for detailed areas, pipes, edges and small components where larger abrasives would be unwieldy. The extended 50m length provides exceptional value for money, significantly reducing the frequency of roll changes in busy workshops and ensuring you have ample material for demanding projects. The blue twill cloth backing delivers excellent flexibility, allowing the emery cloth to conform to curved surfaces whilst maintaining its aggressive cutting action, and its tear-resistant construction ensures reliability even on rough, heavily oxidised metal. Supplied in a convenient dispenser box for organised storage. This product is specifically designed for metal applications and must not be used on wood.
