The Sealey 125mm 60 Grit Aluminium Oxide Fibre Backed Sanding Disc offers versatile medium grit performance across the largest working diameter. This 60 grit specification in the generous 125mm diameter is ideal for intermediate surface preparation across large areas, removing scratches left by coarser grits, smoothing previously worked surfaces, and general-purpose sanding on both wood and metal substrates where coverage and efficiency are priorities. The 125mm diameter provides maximum surface coverage in the range, dramatically improving productivity on larger components, panel work, and extensive surface preparation tasks. The 60 grit represents a versatile middle ground – aggressive enough to remove material efficiently yet refined enough to leave a reasonably smooth surface. The aluminium oxide abrasive ensures consistent performance across the disc's lifespan, whilst the fibre backing provides the durability needed for extended working sessions. Supplied in a pack of 25, these discs are perfect for workshops, automotive bodywork, and construction sites where versatile, all-purpose sanding capability across large areas is required. The 60 grit specification is particularly useful for preparing extensive surfaces that will receive subsequent finer sanding or direct coating applications.
