The Stanley Intelli Tools SLM100 Laser Distance Measure is a professional measuring device designed for accurate distance measurement on site. This compact laser measure features intuitive two-button operation, making it straightforward to use even for those new to laser measuring technology. The SLM100 is equipped with a generously-sized dual-row display screen that shows black characters on a white background, ensuring measurements remain clearly visible even in bright working conditions. The two-point measurement system allows you to take readings from either the top or base of the unit, providing flexibility when working in confined spaces or awkward measuring scenarios. Built to withstand the demands of professional use, this laser distance measure has been subjected to a 1-metre impact drop test, giving tradespeople confidence when working on active construction sites. The unit offers distance, area, volume, and indirect height measurements via Pythagoras calculations, making it suitable for flooring contractors, shopfitters, and general contractors requiring multiple measurement functions. An intelligent power-saving mode automatically switches off the laser after 120 seconds and the screen after 180 seconds to preserve battery life.
