O'Keeffe's Working Hands Hand Cream is a concentrated moisturising treatment specifically formulated to repair and protect extremely dry, cracked hands. Ideal for tradespeople, contractors and anyone working in demanding conditions, this 85g tube delivers intensive hydration where standard hand creams fail. The unique formulation contains a high concentration of glycerin that actively draws moisture into the skin and locks it in, creating the optimal conditions for healing. This is particularly beneficial for hands repeatedly exposed to water, chemicals, abrasives or harsh environmental conditions common in trades such as construction, engineering and automotive work. A key active ingredient is allantoin, an odourless, non-toxic and non-allergenic skin protectant derived from the Comfrey plant. This natural compound gently removes dead skin cells, allowing superior penetration and absorption of moisturising ingredients for faster, more effective results. The cream is designed for regular use, with visible improvements typically seen within two weeks when applied before bed and three times throughout the working day.
