The Priory 24mm (15/16 in) Wad Punch offers a substantial cutting diameter for applications requiring near-inch sizing. This large punch is particularly valuable for industrial gasket production, heavy-duty leather goods, and applications where substantial holes are needed for robust hardware or reinforced fittings. Constructed as a one-piece forging, the 24mm punch incorporates a ground and polished tapered section that ensures smooth penetration through soft materials whilst delivering consistently clean cuts. The tapered profile is especially beneficial at this larger size, significantly reducing the force required for punching. The robust forged construction provides exceptional durability for intensive workshop use, whilst the polished finish minimises friction and prevents material adhesion. Ideal for industrial workshops, automotive gasket production, and professional leather goods manufacturers requiring reliable larger-diameter cutting capability.
