This Bosch PRO X-LOCK R574 Fibre Sanding Disc is supplied as a single 115mm disc in a medium 60 grit — the right choice when you need controlled stock removal with a cleaner result, bridging the gap between heavy grinding and fine finishing work. The 60g grit is particularly effective for smoothing welds, refining shaped metalwork, and preparing surfaces for coating or further finishing. Self-sharpening zirconia grains keep the disc cutting efficiently throughout its lifespan, ensuring you get consistent results every time. The vulcanised backing provides the rigidity needed for flat surface grinding — areas where a flap disc falls short — while maintaining a stable, controlled feel under the grinder.
