The Bahco 9631 24mm Long Flat Bit is engineered for heavy-duty applications requiring substantial hole sizes with exceptional depth. This 24mm diameter bit with 400mm overall length is ideal for larger waste pipe installations, substantial ventilation work, major cable management systems, and construction projects where deep, accurate drilling through thick timber is essential. Featuring a positive cutting angle that drills holes twice as fast and lasts three times longer than conventional bits, this tool delivers outstanding productivity and value for professional tradespeople. Manufactured from high-carbon steel with comprehensive heat treatment, the hardened blade is forged directly from the round shaft for maximum rigidity and strength during demanding operations. The winged shoulder design cuts the wood circumference before removing the centre section, ensuring a smooth finish and superior swarf clearance even when drilling larger diameter holes. At 24mm, this size is particularly suitable for standard waste pipe work, larger ventilation ducts, and general construction requiring both substantial hole capacity and extended reach. Features and Benefits: • 24mm diameter for heavy-duty plumbing and construction applications • 400mm length reaches deep into awkward locations • Positive cutting angle doubles speed and triples bit life • Forged blade maintains accuracy when drilling large, deep holes • Winged design delivers professional finish and prevents jamming Specifications: Diameter (mm): 24 Overall Length (mm): 400 Pack Qty.: 1
