The Sealey 125mm 80 Grit Aluminium Oxide Fibre Backed Sanding Disc delivers medium-fine surface preparation with maximum working coverage. This 80 grit specification in the largest 125mm diameter is perfect for large-area pre-finishing work, removing moderate scratches, smoothing previously prepared surfaces, and creating an excellent foundation for final finishing stages on both wood and metal components where productivity and efficiency are essential. The 125mm diameter offers the greatest surface coverage in the range, dramatically improving productivity on larger flat or gently curved surfaces such as panels, doors, tabletops, and extensive metalwork. The 80 grit offers a refined cutting action that removes material efficiently whilst leaving a relatively smooth surface requiring minimal further preparation. The aluminium oxide abrasive maintains consistent performance throughout the disc's lifespan, whilst the fibre backing ensures durability and flexibility even during extended use. Supplied in a pack of 25, these discs are ideal for joinery workshops, automotive preparation facilities, and metal fabrication shops where efficient pre-finishing surface preparation across large areas is essential. The combination of maximum diameter and refined grit delivers outstanding productivity.
