These 200mm, 40 grit sanding discs are the ideal choice for heavy stock removal and aggressive sanding applications. The coarse 40 grit rating makes them perfect for initial surface preparation, stripping old finishes, and rapid material removal across wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastics and fillers. Produced from premium aluminium oxide with resin bonding, these discs deliver exceptional longevity whilst providing anti-static properties and superior grain adhesion. The heavy-duty E-weight backing paper ensures the discs remain durable even under the most demanding conditions, whilst the hook and loop backing system promotes secure adhesion and enables swift disc changes. Compatible with all 200mm bench sanders featuring hook and loop backing, including Draper's 230V Belt and Disc Sander (Stock No. 98525), these discs are supplied in a convenient pack of 10.
