This single Faithfull 40 Grit Aluminium Oxide Flap Disc in 125 x 22mm size delivers aggressive material removal for rough grinding and finishing tasks on mild steel, carbon steel and alloys. The coarse 40 grit rating makes this disc ideal for heavy-duty applications including weld removal, rust elimination and initial surface profiling with maximum efficiency. The 125mm diameter suits standard angle grinders and provides greater coverage than smaller discs, significantly improving productivity on larger workpieces and demanding applications. The 72-flap construction enables fast stock removal with minimal risk of gouging or surface discolouration, protecting your workpiece whilst maximising material removal rates. The self-sharpening flaps maintain aggressive cutting performance throughout the disc's life, which is up to 30 times longer than conventional fibre discs, reducing downtime for disc changes. The lightweight design reduces operator fatigue during demanding grinding sessions, whilst the layered construction runs cooler and quieter with reduced vibration for improved operator comfort.
