The Sealey WE2520 offers a 2mm diameter electrode in a convenient 2.5kg pack, striking an excellent balance between control and deposition rate for general fabrication work. This versatile diameter suits a wide range of mild steel welding applications, from structural repairs to general fabrication tasks on light to medium-gauge materials. Manufactured to BS EN 757 standard, these E6013 electrodes provide reliable, consistent performance across all welding positions—flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead. The 2mm diameter offers good penetration whilst maintaining excellent control, making it particularly suitable for farm maintenance, workshop repairs, automotive fabrication, and general metalworking projects. These electrodes work effectively with both AC and DC currents, ensuring compatibility with most arc welding equipment. The 2.5kg pack provides sufficient quantity for regular users without the storage requirements of larger packs, whilst delivering clean weld finishes that require minimal post-weld dressing.
