Since the tenderloin the one of the easiest cuts to work with for a home chef, you’ll enjoy your experience preparing it as much as you will enjoy sharing it with family and friends. Our grain-finished Prime beef is hand cut and trimmed; then wet aged for 21 days to ensure your dining pleasure. The beef tenderloin arrives at your door fresh and ready to cook.
